time rich, information poor - part two

So based on the hypothetical information as derived in the post below,
and using some simple STO models (albeit in back of fag packet format, as opposed to formal discussion and layout) such as hufit, pest, swot, porters 5, strategic paradigm, etc,
we arrive at the following possible conclusion for Strategic choice.

1 - maintain the current product's portfolio and market place impact

2 - investigate the NWD of the current market places, and asses their potential requirements for the future

3 - investigate the potential for expanding the role of the global professional services division in generating revenue and supporting sales and product delivery.

4 - maintain and maximise support revenue. Re-asses the VFM matrix relating to the current support offerings,and produce as series of options and costings to profile the potential revenue and effort required, against that currently being generated.

5 - maximise shareholders value offering and their potential rate of return.

So lets devolve these down one by one to their hypothetical tactical, and in some [simple :-) ] cases operational, implementation.
